I don’t think the bug is in the Nemesis Bracers. I believe it was just coincidental that it happened when you clicked a Pylon while wearing them.
I believe you experienced a reoccurring bug where monsters become invulnerable when they reach 1 Life Point. It can happen anywhere on any map with any type of monster.
Blizzard was tried to fix it, but it keeps popping up… eventually.
