End of Season 33 items in stash did not transfer

Looks like there’s two other posts on this. I tried opening a support ticket but it keeps redirecting me to the forum, so here I am.

At the end of all previous seasons, the season stash has always showed up in the in-game mail. This time, however, my character changed to a normal character but all the items are gone. Only those items that were in the character’s bags came over with the character.

Is there any action occurring at Blizzard to restore the missing items?

Unfortunately, there’s been no indication from Bliz that anything will be done. It’s possible that nothing can be done.

Does this issue only seem to affect those who were also caught up in the early season termination a few weeks back? Maybe I dodged a bullet, because I sorted my seasonal stash, salvaged everything that wasn’t an upgrade to NS toons, then deleted the seasonal toons. All my stash and mats arrived with in-game mail Monday after season end no issues at all.

There’s so many permutations of what happened that it’s hard to tell nowadays.

During the blip two weeks ago, did you at any time log in while the season was down? On other words, the last log in was before it went down, and the next log in was after it was already back up?

If so, then what you said sounds right because that’s what happened to my EU character. It all ended normally on Sunday.

But I’ve heard of an instance where, in the same scenario, the mats, gold, etc collected after the restart didn’t transfer over to NS normally on Sunday.

So it’s hard to tell! lol.

Leviathan, that’s correct. I was tied up with early morning/late night work and was out for the whole event.
