It must be the Arcane Sentry, which in fact Arcane damage as expected. You can read about Arcane Sentry here:

Easiest thing to do would be checking your passive abilities and see if any of them can reduce non-physical damage or apply any kind of damage debuff to enemies.
Filtering for specific critical hit rating items (gloves, headpiece, bracers, jewelry) to have single resistance to Arcane at their secondary affixes help mitigating it further on top of your resistance or armor granting equipment. A thing to consider is, items that roll resistance to all at their primary affixes, can not roll single resistances.
As far as I know Arcane Sentry is also classified as melee damage, and your body armor, bracers or amulet can roll a small amount of reduced damage taken from melee attacks at their secondary affixes. Where ever it apply, reduced damage from melee and ranged are always better than single resistances.
Since Arcane Sentry is also an elite type ability, reduced damage taken from elites which can roll on the primary affix of your torso armor helps. This also allow you to pick one with single resistance at its secondary affix but it’s not entirely optimized for the best results.
A few other certain items also capable of rolling melee, ranged or elite damage reduction but those are either obscure or very specific to builds. For example, not every build would have space to include Aughild’s pieces, Eye of Etlich, Stormshield or String of Ears. Weirdest thing you can pull here is equipping Bane of the Powerful if you are able to do so. The huge power surge of Season theme makes it a legit option for a good while.

The element is arcane and it can be mitigated just like any other damage type, armor, resistances, damage reduction legendary powers, etc.
You could also use Countess Julia’s Cameo -amulet to eliminate all arcane damage taken but you’d have to then give up a lot of power as amulets have far more useful options overall.

You should roll hungering arrow damage on the belt and pants of your seasonal GoD demon hunter (you’ll need a new pair of pants though).
