It is great that they will be permanent, but have one small question, will they be accessible in non-season as well, I am assuming so but the announcement could me permanent in future seasons only

Do our unused Whisper of Atonement gems transfer over to non-season? I have a lot of 125s, but no good season gear to used them on. If they do not transfer over, I will need to start using them now.

Considering seasons doesn’t last year-round. It’s safe to assume that echoing nightmare will be available for non-season as well.

To be fair it’s never been officially clarified, despite many requests. Most assume that it will be, and the wording makes that a valid assumption, however we have not been given an official answer on it as yet.
PTR will be the tell-all.
Copy whatever region you are in, select the seasonal character which will now be normal and look either in the stash or the messages. The echo and the whisper will either be there or they won’t.
At least everyone will know what to do well in advance

I am well aware of that statement. It does not specify that the gems or screams will transfer over however, which is what needs to be officially stated.
well in past seasons epic and leggo gems aquirred did in fact carry over to regular characters in fact i still have a few usable seasonal gems in my own stash so odds are good they might in fact transfer
I am aware, however that does not mean these specifically will. People who stockpile gems in season need to know if they have to use them before season ends or lose them when it converts over. That is what we need an official statement about. Saying how something usually works does not give anyone the confidence to know all their work will magically appear for them to use in Non season. It needs to be said officially.
