Ran an echoing nightmare with a friend when they disconnected out of the game. Overwhelmed at 134. Objective says “Claim your Reward”, but there is no chest, and portal doesn’t close after leaving.
I just had the same bug - 3 person Petrified Scream, one person disconnected and the chest did not appear after we were overwhelmed at 143
Apart from playing solo (Oh well no actually), just do another Echoing Nightmares.
Problem solved
And 134 or 145…

Also the level at which you get disconnected could be a reason for the bug, nobody asked for your input on how high that is. If you have nothing to add I’d recommend just not replying.
Nothing to add, a EN 126 is sufficient and easily done solo
