As a busy IT Director and father of two I can’t play as often as most. So making One super weapon to use between multiple classes is a godsend. I make a Fury with attack speed, 10% damage and I’m able to reroll the main stat to the class I’m using. It’s so good it give massive attack speed and movement speed. Suprised it’s not mentioned in more builds. BTW they should make the cube where you can put what you want in the 3 slots.

S31 is a perfect example why this should never be done.

It’s a good weapon with the Barbarian’s Frenzy set/build. The attacks and the movement are so fast. I swap that back and forth with the Azureblade, depending on my mood.
Also mandatory for LoD HotA. I used it for my low-GR water monk and T16 Gears of Dreadlands demon hunter this season.
It’s a pretty handy speed/damage boost.
