Since Pestilence is the free set for season 18, I threw together some random pieces and got mastery on the 1st try. It is one of the easiest dungeons I’ve done so far. Basically it is a Captain Crimson / Blight Spear build but it uses the Teeth rune on Bone Spear like a miniature Mutlishot to complete the primary objective. Once that is done, you go into full Lance mode and just wreck everything on the screen.
