How about making Valthek’s rebuke do: Energy Twisters now hunt elites. Energy twister damage is increased 15% for each twister present. This buff stacks multiplicatively.

I personally dislike energy twister, however I’m all for giving it some attention; which hopefully we’ll see in the updates after this upcoming update. Because let’s face it; the wizard (as well as the other classes) definitely need some attention.
Just change proc rate to 1.0 now that Critical Mass is gone.
Just letting its current form proc more effects would go a long way…
