The paragon levels I earned in season 26 were not added to my non-seasonal Diablo III characters.
Administrators say they cannot do anything .
Are you sure? Only the exp have been transferred, not the levels.
For example.
Paragon 700 non season + Paragon 616 season would combine to your current non season level of 748

The season paragon levels are never added to your non-season.
What is added is the experience you gained…
Paragon Experience
- The total amount of Paragon experience earned is the amount that rolls over, but not the raw total Paragon levels that you gained.
- For example, if your Seasonal heroes reached Paragon 300, and your current non-Seasonal heroes are already Paragon 400, your new non-Seasonal Paragon level will still be less than Paragon 700, since Paragon levels require more experience to earn the higher you go.

They are added directly the first season played.
there was a weird bug when the last seaosn ended, in my summary it says im paragon lvl 80 but i was like 2k at the end, it was really weird something happened when the last season ended, i dont know but maybe was some weird bug
I just deleted my off season and started fresh because my a guy gave me a bunch of crafting mats for free i thought it was cheating to infinitely reforge. So i dropped them. Also i thought that i couldn’t find some stuff in the stash that i had like my monks primal coe. O well back to the grindstone.

People can’t drop mats, so I assume you mean they dropped items that you scrapped for materials…
