Same issues here two different lines my husband has a separate line and I have my own line both gets disconnected we can’t do high Greater Rift without getting disconnected and losing the connection completely

Would you be able to provide a WinMTR test so we can gather more details?
- Download WinMTR
- Unzip the file to your desktop
- Run the WinMTR as Admin
- Type your server IP in “host”.
- Click “Start” and open the game. Let the MTR test run for at least 10 minutes to capture this issue occurring.
- Click “Copy text to clipboard”
- Type two sets of four squiggly lines and then paste the contents of the WinMTR test between:

This issue is still not fixed Diablo 3 is unplayable spent 2 hours on the phone with blizzard only to find out there is nothing can be done, or they say contact cable provider been there done that 3-4 techs rewiring and checking the nodes and still the problem exists, new modem boxes of the highest quality and reset computers to factory with only Diablo 3 and antivirus done everything we were told to do and we can play path of exile, any steam games, star craft, wow and even watch movies with no issues but when we play Diablo 3 within 3 minutes playing the modem crashes and disconnects completely.
