As the title says, the boss of the end of act 2 on the tomb of Tal Rasha starts attacking during the load screen. The first time I got in fully equipped and with full hp, the first Ive seen is my life at 1/5 and died a second later. Second time I got in I barely saw the boss as it killed me during liag screen directly.

You should be able to post in either of the Console sections… pretty sure the license check works just as well there as it does here (in that it does not.)
