If you kill both Uber bosses with same attack (and probably with the same tick of damage) they will both drop organs, so it will be 8 organs instead of 4 on T16.
No idea if it’s a bug, but it seems like one to me.

On T16 the will shorten your grind by more drops (like they do with more deathbreaths, too)

The crafting material rewards from Uber bosses are supposed to be granted based on having killed the bosses in the event instance, i.e. once you’ve killed all the bosses, then the rewards are granted. You could kill one of the bosses, kite around the arena, and then kill the second one 15 seconds later, and you should only get the rewards when the second one dies.
The maximum number of organs that should drop at Torment 16 is four per boss event. The bug being reported is that, if you happen to kill both of the bosses with the same attack, the bosses drop 4 organs each, resulting in the player receiving 8 organs, i.e. double what the maximum should be.

A bug, perhaps, but more like a potential exploit. Not sure I would want this fixed.
