Double Legendaries Not working at Kadala

Have tried offhand, bracers, rings. It is only giving one legendary. Not doubled by the shrine unlock.

Double chance is just double chance, not a guarantee for double drop.

I see, guess I must have understood it wrong.

Normally every gamble at Kadala has a 1/10 chance of rolling a legendary. Once you unlock this node it becomes 1/5 chance.
