Eth burriza has x to hungering arrow, max pierce 4x. The quiver has the same.
What happens when the weapon is used with quiver as secondary?
I suspect one gets nerfed but maybe not.
You waste a spot if you use both powers, since Ethereals say in the release notes they do not stack with worn or Cubed items (of the same legendary power.) So, then, presumably, the quiver would win out but since they give the exact same modifier, it would be difficult to tell.
The max pierce count, most assuredly, does not add together. You can tell, very easily, if the bonus to Hungering Arrow does… I’m sure it does not.
