Does Wave of Force w/Static Pulse proc Paralysis?
If so, does it proc paralysis when cast via channeling with Etched Sigil?
Any lightning damage should proc paralysis. Etched Sigil casts should not proc paralysis, but I’m not 100% on that.
They won’t. I personally dislike this, but it doesn’t.
Proc coefficient has been heavily nerfed for paralysis.
Even if it could work, it would proc once a week or so
