Does RORG still drop from A1 cache? (S29)

I have been doing A1 bounties for a whole day now and RORG hasn’t dropped yet. Has there been any changes this? I’m guessing not, but have to ask, because I’ve never been this unlucky before.

Also, RoRG may sometimes drop from Act IV bounty cache.

Aha, I thought the alternative was A5 so I have been doing some of that too. I have forgotten some stuff, obviously. Thanks, I will alternate with A4 then.

A1 has the highest chance. This season it took me 20 caches before my first RoRG dropped… (usually it’s closer to 3)

One season it took 19 act one runs to get it. I believe 17 were done on T16.

That’s just RNG being RNG. Took me also a few runs to get the RoRG.

i got royal grandeur first try. gloves of worship took like 6. then the avarice band was the one that gave me fits this season. maybe 30? lol

Did quite a few act 1 runs myself to get one (it’s nice to have one on follower too, but that can wait). You have to be at a certain T level to (13?) to have the best chances, because two cache specific items will drop.
It usually helps to post about an item that won’t drop because if one continues to farm or play the item will normally drop. :smiley:

Thats some really bad RNG, I must have destroyed 10+ of them today alone.

I find that if you are doing under T10, the drop rate is lower. I have no evidence of this, other than my own anecdote, but when I can’t get the ring to drop, its usually because I am doing low level bounties.

Yes, and I got it first try this season in my act 1 cache. It usually takes me many rounds of bounties.

I believe Act 4 can drop any of the rewards.

Like at T16 there is 80% chance of a third legendary. T13 guarantees 2 and might be faster depending on how early in the season you are.

I did mostly T6 runs yesterday, and some T8 today, then I just got a full set and could bump to T16. Did a few solo and group bounties, then decided to do T13 instead to avoid getting one-shot, and here it dropped after a few runs on A1.

Bounty-specific Legendary items are only a guaranteed drop at Torment VI (T6). At Torment XIII (T13) you are guaranteed 2 Bounty-specific Legendary items.

At Torment XVI (T16) you get 2 guaranteed Bounty-specific Legendary items with an 80% chance of getting a third one.

A friend of mine that never really played hopped in to our discord last night to see what we were doing. He installed D3 that he had barely played, NS paragon 141, and we started boosting him up. We ran act one bounties on T16 for him and he got two rings out of it. We told him to put them in the stash until later.

RNG being RNG at its finest.
