Does punish/slash% buff invoker thorns damage?

I’m wondering… Does getting punish/slash% on your gear matter for invoker? So does the punish/slash% come into effect AFTER adding the thorns, or before?

i’d also like to know: Does area damage include thorns?

  1. Attack with punish and slash just applies thorns damage afterward. Buffing punish damage does not buff thorns damage.
  2. It does but not for the 6p invoker proc.

Think of the 6p invoker as a proc that deals damage based on your thorns value instead of the usual weapon damage.

no you stack attack speed and cdr then toughness

Sorry if I’m asking too many questions lol, but two final things

Does area damage work?
Does elemental damage% work?

Area damage= No
Elemental damage= Yes you stack physical

Area Damage works with the I2A6 version but then you are no longer an Elite hunter build, is a lesser performing trash clear build.
