in last blizzard anouncement they said will be extended for weekend and ask players to stay tuned for 19/10 for new updates
what dies this mean? new ptr with changes? or just the finish of PTR?

Today is only the 18th here in America and I highly doubt we will hear anything from blizzard until tomorrow at the earliest.

excpect it in about 27 hours, blizzard normally does posts in the afternoon pst. so about 3pm tommarrow.
in last announcement blizz said extended indefinably
It means you should wait until the 19th (Pacific time zone) for an update.
