Does cluckeye even drop for Demon Hunters still?

Seems this bow is absolutley elusive

Whenever I make a legendary bow for my follower with the cube, I seem to get a lot of them. Not sure why anyone would ever use it.

Because now, the bow has an exclusive witch doctor legendary effect. They changed the loot table for it. Cluckeye now only drops for Witch Doctors. :wink:

So id have to roll a level 1 WD on SSF just to get a clucky?

I mean, you can farm like crazy, and maybe you get lucky and a clucky drops. But yes, if you want it fast, you have to roll a WD on SSF.

Isn’t the Enchantress a better follower for demon hunter?

The legendary power has changed. Useless for dh and all followers.

I had been trying for weeks to get one of these. Had my crusader running GRs to collect blood shards, and had my DH using them to get bows and upgrade the rares.
Then I found this tread.
Had the blacksmith craft ONE bow, the WD upgrade it, and got a Cluckeye first try. SMH.

Odd.

I know I have salvaged a couple of them this season. And I’m playing a DH. But it feels like I have been seeing more Etrayu’s and Windforce’s this season… lol

I suppose she could be. I never use her though.

Maybe because its the only bow on the loot table?

Hey there,
I never comment or post but I need you all to know this! I’ve got a GR90 Spin 2Win DH and been farming Cluckeye for my Chicken build for… days…
chancing Kadala, rare upgrade chances, the works…It just hit me tonight…Hit the Nephalem Rifts with your Farmer grabs all the mats, kept the rare bows in the chest. Logged in to my Witch Doctor …cubed the bow for Rare Upgrade…got it first try, Incredible. Apparently Witch Doctor now has the highest chance on the RND. I really hope this helps people because I was going mental. <3

Every class needs a bow! I love using a Yang with wizard, just for the looks.

This should be evident by now. It became a WD specific item, so WD will have the highest chance, if not the only chance of getting it.

I just droped a super dopper, spanking brand new Cluckeye with my DH, kind of useless though… I haven’t played a WD since ROS! :roll_eyes:
