Blessed Shield is my favorite build in D3, but I am not sure that it feels that much better than before. I mean its a small QoL fix to be fair, but I am not sure it makes it worth playing over other builds. If you guys disagree, then I would accept that, but I wouldn’t mind an additional change or two. Don’t care if its a S tier build, just want it to be fun enough against a Rift Boss or two.

It does feel a bit meh still, very unfortunate if this is the last they do to classes for the future.
