Does Bazooka Wiz need to stutter step?

Am trying to find the correct answer to this .
Does a Bazooka Wiz in a 4 player meta group need to stutter step , like the Sader RGK counterpart ?
If so, why and if not why ?

Stutter step on Wizard to animation cancel WoF for Archon cooldown.

Welp , I guess we know the answer .
Bazooka Wiz does not stutter step enough to get the “special animation cancelling” nerfed from devs
According to PTR patch notes
Devs have to nerfed Bazooka by changing 3 bazooka gears , MOC, Etched Sigil and Deathwish,
But they nerfed the Sader just by modifying Heaven’s Fury skills without affecting any gears …
