I had this comment rarely in the past after going from gamescreen to launcher screen.

Now it seems to appear more and it corrupted my desktop resolution once.

This messaging has to do with Aero and Windows. It usually displays when there are low resources for the system. There are a few steps out there that can help disable this notification if you wish but that is troubleshooting best left for Microsoft support.
