By the way… do you devs remember Roland has Shield Bash theme?
There are some Shield Bash related legendaries, like Drakon’s Lesson, Piro Marella, Flail of the Ascended, and The Final Witness.
Only Drakon’s Lesson has damage multipliers and others DO NOT.
Give some damage multipliers to them and we can play Roland in 2 ways.
I’ve tested Shield Bash Roland with Norvald’s Fervor and abandoned most of the related legendaries, and, ah… it was a hell.
If you devs chose to make Roland being only the Sweep Attack set, then give them Bracers with Sweep Attack damage multiplier.
