Blizzard, do they still exist in Campaign mode?
- The Cursed Mill
- The Cursed Bellow
- The Cursed Dais
I know they should because there are acheivements for each but after many runs it looks like your code never spawn those. It’s important you have a look so we don’t waste time looking for those.
I wish I could open a ticket but your system redirect me here. How come I can be sure you’ll have a look? At least with a ticket I know someone would reply.
edit: I see someone asked the same like 3 years ago and stating that it was reported like 2 years ago so that make 5 years!
Blizzard will not reply here… they never do.
Your best bet is to hope for a reply by a player that only has the base Diablo III.
Gameplay issues cannot be handled by a ticket… a ticket is for issues related to your account (such as if your account was hacked, or you don’t remember the credentials), your purchases in the Blizzard Shop, or technical issues related to game installation or patches, lag or “choppy” gameplay, disconnects and/or crashes.
Game bugs are handled through this forum… but it is a one-way conversation. You “report” a bug, Blizzard reads it and may try to replicate it, and if they can, the issue gets passed on to developpers for solving… usually in a patch in the future. Blizzard usually does not respond, nor acknowledge known bugs.
I do not know the correct answer to your question… I bought RoS in 2014 when it came out and it’s been a really long time since I played Campaign mode.
Best of luck with this.

Thanks for replying. Unfortunatly it seems Blizzard is not the same as years ago. There was a time where they would acknowledge such issue and tell when fixed.
For some reasons I feel like I’d like to spend some time (from time to time) to complete acheivements but since it’s impossible to find the answer if those still spawn in Campaign mode and that a few like me are looking for those for a while and nobody could confirm at any time for years that they still spawn I think it’s better to foget about completing those. That’s where I’d like Blizzard to chime in and just confirm their code is fine because at one point they confirmed there was an issue with some acheivements. I mean those are still listed in the game so technically we have the right to report as a bug.
This is not a bug.
But, to answer your question, they still spawn in Adventure Mode as Bounties. I don’t play Campaign Mode much these days. But, if they’re still spawning as Bounties, they should still spawn in Campaign Mode. After all, most Bounties are just Campaign Mode Events anyway.
The only exception would be Bounties for Adventure Mode areas that are not in Campaign Mode.
By the way, if you’re just trying to get the Achievements, it would be easier to do them in Adventure Mode anyway. That’s because you can go anywhere you want in any Act at any time. (Without having to reset Quests).
OP doesn’t have RoS, so no Adventure Mode.
Ack! Sorry about that.
Campaign Mode it is then.
Some events cannot occur in Campaign mode and likewise some events cannot occur in Adventure mode (e.g. Iskatu battle, follower quests, and many cutscenes).
Without RoS, certain events are not available.
I think this is a way to make you buy the RoS expansion pack. It appears that some locations no longer spawn with base game.
But, the events listed in the OP are in both, Campaign Mode and Adventure Mode. It’s just easier to get to them in Adventure Mode. And the OP, at the time this thread was posted, did not have Reaper of Souls.
I doubt it. But, Blizzard is a company. And every company has to make a profit to stay in business. It is not unusual for a company to promote their other products and/or services. Besides, I don’t think Blizzard is hurting financially.
If they were in the original Diablo III game, they’re still there now.

Just lately I’ve started playing a bit more after finally completing A UNIQUE COLLECTION.
Now for like 100 runs looking for The Cursed Dais I suspect the game is not spawning it anymore, code must be broken but I don’t know how to have Blizzard have a look. I’m pretty sure a moderator reading this don’t care but maybe a game programmer and true fan would be curious to have a look.
