Yes, the cube legendary slots do apply in campaign mode. You simply don’t have the ability to make changes to what legendary powers you can use via the cube, as you’d need access to the cube, which isn’t available in campaign mode.

So if you already set up the what legendary powers are slotted in kanai’s cube while in adventure mode, then they’ll remain active even when you’re in campaign mode.
