I love leveling my characters by playing the campaign on either Torment I (if fresh) or Torment VI (if playing an alt with some inherited paragon levels and items), and I simply couldn’t fail to notice this discrepancy:
My Hardcore monk got a total of 30 legendary items throughout the Torment I campaign,
while
My Normal Necromancer got a total of 5 legendary items throughout the Torment VI campaign.
Now I started a Hardcore Demon Hunter at Torment I and immediately got a legendary item at lvl 9 (never happened before in my life).
Am I just hallucinating due to whims of RNG or Hardcore characters really get more Legendary items?
