DMO major problem

the design of the set is fun, but the limitations are outdated with the game has already evolved into fast pace spamming and full of monsters on the screen. just look how much DMO gonna do before attacking a monster: 1st AIM, 2nd CAST slow time, 3rd cast attack spells, and if you cast Orb, it travels SLOWLY. And when you wanna attack another monster in another area, repeat the steps with COOLDOWN!

So i suggest that either make the set extremely powerful, or just remove the cooldown of slow time with the set. otherwise, the set is doomed.

Delsere’s has always been a fun set but I agree with the T.A that to sacrifice speed builds you are granted the higher damage and defence stats more than the other sets.

It would also benefit from the WD Mundungu set cast.
That is, after your first cast, a slow time permanently follows you around.

Either make the Slow Time following the Wizard permanently, or the Wizard gained 12500% buff for 20 seconds when she was in the Slow Time, so that Wizard can kill the rest of the monsters that didn’t get trapped by Slow Time for 20 seconds.
