Discount for Diablo Collection does not appear / apply

I attempted to purchase the diablo collection, which states that because I already own some of the content of the collection, I would be able to purchase at a discounted rate. However, at the time of purchase, no such discount appears. I reached out for support, and was told that the discount would apply at the time of purchase, however, still no discount applies. I was then instructed to report this as a bug in this forum. Has anyone else encountered this issues / have a solution?

Make sure you’re logged in the right account when you visit the Shop ??

I only have Diablo III + RoS… so my discount is about CA$11

thanks Boubou-1741. for some reason this is not an option for me on the website. however, it did appear to be an option once I download the battlenet application. In any event I appreciate the prompt response and assistance!
