If I had to guess, the Arcane Barb is used to reach the ideal attack speed range so that the internal cooldown of the GoD 4p bonus doesn’t become an issue. 2H crossbows have such low attack speed that it’s easy to achieve.
oh i just found this explanation video. i guess that explains why DiEoxidE is the best DH in the world easily. Being a new DH main i will only go to this youtube/twitch channel for tips and tricks from now on, as should the rest of you DH mains too.
