Was fighting a GR boss. Follower’s proc (Fate’s Lapse) went off. No problem, I still have Spirit vessel.
Took one big damage from boss, aaaand… dead. No Spirit Vessel proc.
Wasn’t lagging. Was fighting the GR boss, so nothing else could have hit me. I know the two procs can stack because I’ve seen them both active at the same time before.
Fighting Raziel with my season’s barb. Nerves of Steel never proc’d and I was one-shotted. I was running on a team, so no follower. A friend in the clan had the same thing happen to him, although I don’t know if it was the same boss.
There should be an exception for problems like this. I mean Quin69 got his toon back a few years ago.
Unlike other passives, there is no immunity period with Nerves of steel. If you get hit hard twice in rapid succession, you will not even notice that you procced because you will immediately die before you see the icon.
