Died while riding and unable to revive, crusader. 26/04 shortly before server shutdown 2-5 minutes

6. Can’t revive in a rift. Happens in both Normal and GRs. This is very random and the only work around is to make a new game.

I’ve had this happen too. Have to reboot the game.
