I died early (10 min left for the Guaediab) in a low Grift but no Choice pops up what I want to do next (eg Resurrect at corpse, at last saving point etc). All I can do is to leave the game

This happened to me twice today, but not in Rifts. Both times I was in a public Bounties game working on a bounty. Right before/after someone completed a bounty, I got killed. The revive options never appeared. The second time another player initiated a boss fight very shortly after. I couldn’t even click on Cancel for that. The player was nice enough to come revive me, but unfortunately the Accept Revival option didn’t come up either.
Edit: Should this be a separate bug?
