Playing a monk and was fighting the rift guardian, Choker. Killed Choker as he killed me. The kill made me level. Which returned all my health but i didn’t actually rez. I am now stuck with the cross gravemarker, full health, and no prompt to rez at my body, checkpoint or in town.

Yeah… #6 in Player List of Known Issues … no workaround except to make a new game.
Happened to me a few years back.

I Just had the same bug that cost me a perfect GR 150 attempt. Leveled up just after dying, resulting in no respawn buttons. Also with monk and Mystic allies. The pets doing the kill probably triggers it.
They say it’s completely random, but clearly it’s not. It’s when leveling up after dying.
No. Don’t assume because that is when it happened to you it happens to everybody that way. That is called confirmation bias. Has happened to me and was I nowhere near gaining another paragon point. It happens randomly.
