Did not receive my chapter 2 reward

After completing chapter 2 and getting to lvl 70 before that i selected the 2 piece bonus in the mail but nothing showed up in my inventory.

Did you complete Chapter 1 as well?

Yup,been doing seasons for years and always got my 2 set pieces on the 2 chapter completion but not this time.

Can you post a screenshot of your Journey Window? This might help Blizzard’s QA Team pinpoint what the issue is.

The image below is of my Europe Region, Season 30 Journey Window. (Right hand pane). I haven’t completed any Chapters, as I’m playing on the Americas Region. The box bordered in green is the Chapter I would be working on (Chapter 1).

Your Journey Window should show 3 out 4 of the boxes bordered in green. It should also show 2/4 Chapters Complete! at the bottom.

If I’m not mistaken, you should be able to embed video links as long as they’re from a trusted site, like YouTube.

Are you sure you didn’t click the Delete button instead of Claim to Inventory ?


Unfortunately, Blizzard doesn’t restore items in D3. So, if it doesn’t show up, you’ll have to farm those 2 pieces. (Sorry).

Looking at your account, you have 2 seasonal characters. Are both regular seasonal or SSFM seasonal, or one of each?

If it is one of each, you can’t collect Haedrig’s on one mode if you completed the SJ chapter on another mode.

The second one was created as a seasonal wizard so i could create armor for the enchantress.
