Did not get new record

Hey!

I finished a gr 150 in 9 minutes 12 seconds. My old record was 9.57 minutes. But when I made my new record the game didn’t recognize it.
What is wrong? I have print screen on it.

At your Trust Level you have to post links as Preformatted Text.

I also just got 2 new clears… not 150 but 145 and 146 and they didn’t count…
If print screen is needed you guys can contact me…
Since it’s impossible to get even an ounce of human support from you guys these days i’m just gonna assume that nothing will even happen from me posting this.

I had the same thing on EU ssf hardcore. Improved my result twice today - no records both in the ladder & my seasonal info.

Is there any chance that they will add these results retroactively? I spent almost two weeks fishing a dream grift 150…

There is a chance… a very tiny one. Depends who does the work on the Dev Team and how “helpful” he/she wants to be. I wouldn’t hold much hope however… that way, you won’t be disappointed if it doesn’t occur.

Same thing just happened to me. First ever 150 clears and it didn’t count. Also happened a couple of times on my 149 clears and my first 150 clear yesterday. Worked again later that day on a new session but only on 149’s. And now today got a new 150 PB and it’s broken again.

The banner above the leader board currently shows my best 149 time but the actual list shows a worse one. Imgur ID: a/wqsdIQZ The hell is going on here?
