When doing Bounty: The Cursed Hatchery a portal spawned outside of where im able to talk. So the portal is out of reach. This is one of the new portals that is new with S29. Diabolical Fissure I think they are called 
This is not the first portal to spawn outside of the “map” looks like this is a bug that happens in areas like i am in now (Caverns of Araneae)
So when this portal spawns outside of where we are able to walk/run you can ofc not click on it to get into the portal.
