I just finished a Diabolical Fissure and opened the chest at the end. The problem is, it was right up against a fence blocking off the map and all of the items in the chest spawned on the other side of the fence. I couldn’t pick up any of it, and then I was forced back to town.

This happened to me last night in the Restless Garden map of the fissure. Basically if you kill the treasure goblin right up against any kind of gate or fence, the Diabolical chest spawns OUTSIDE the fence and 95% of the loot is not lootable as a result. My Screenshot below (wont let me link or embed)
