Diablo3 Tyrael in Town bug

diablo 3 game bug: The Tyrael in each town always shows the “!” sign and there are no bounties to collect. Whenver I click that sign, it will turn out the world map but then the game will stuck (cannot exit the map and click wont response anything) . I have to force end the game.

Interestingly, if I have completed bounties in that ACT and click Tyrael, I can successfully get the box. But after that click, if I click him again, the game will stuck as usual.

Can anyone help me fix this?

and after force stop due to this bug, battle.net considers me playing the game and I cannot reopen the game.

You just need to let him say his peace. Be patient and stop trying to skip the dialog.

He is trying to explain to you how bounties work for the first time. You probably have voice volume turned all the way down so you don’t hear him talking, but the game is not frozen.

You just have to wait until he is done explaining it to you.
