Nobody is saying that though. Why do you guys always move the goal posts and go to extremes? 
I swear some of you would rather this game be dead a month into the ladder than to let people have more options.

I’m not worried. I’ll play the game either way I have been on and off for a very long time, I can survive if they let the scurvy pirates of the “good old days” carry on with their life of shameless greed

people(what most say is) the want a items, when they drop. but ther is a chance you dont get em . i dont think people thought of that befor talking about ploot.
Thats right. On adifferent realm we dont need to play with them. FFA players dont want to be part of a weak economy.

How will the economy be weak because of personal loot? Please tell me. Personal loot will not result in more items being dropped.

Rly simple. Noobs chose ploot so there is much weaker playerbase also. FFA going to be the main hardcore fanbase who know something from the game.
this has different perspective , i see the ploot as somebody who is a pirate, join ingame staying there , baal get killed and the ploot player got his own drop with the highest leeching setup ever, you guys will probably stack up a lot of movement speeds and create strategies how to run to the drop faster to make sure at least have 50 games where u can leech that way. LOLLLL

That is valid. All the new players are going to be on ploot servers. All of them. And most of you just going to watch the other and waiting for free carry. And also if the “modern community” has the right to maybe get ploot then the hardcore community has the right to play without them on a seperate realm with strong players and economy.

Why do you act like leeching doesn’t happen now? What do you think happens in chaos runs for example where a high level person is clearing chaos while a bunch of low people follow around and try to snag the drops? I see ploot as being more social and people being more concerned with helping to kill monsters instead of worrying about snagging a drop. Ploot will also help to deal with the disadvantage that some classes/builds have at getting drops due to their range from loot. Think of bowzons for example.

Well you answerd the thing already. Somebody clears then ofc hedeserves most of the loot. You want with ploot that somebody carrys and you also get free loot. At least now you admited it.
That’s not what I said at all. And guess what, a game runner would get to choose the option for loot that they want. It sounds like you’re just making a lot of assumptions and ignoring the positive things that could come from a ploot option.

As a day 1 player i know it. Years after d2 release the game was still full of them. They just waited for somebody start to carry and if that dosent happend in 2 min then they quited and moved to the next game. This is going to happen again. The only difference is that we get far more of these kind of players. So no thx ploot supporters then need to deal with this. Not the hardcore community.
