however, you still don’t mention any minimum/recommended/optimal Hardware system requirements ?

Why would you prepurchase 6 months in advance? It’s a digital copy, you miss nothing waiting.

Next month there will be open beta. Preordering gives you early open beta access.
Minimum length of open beta will be 2 days.
I expect them to release minimum requirements after open beta is over.

Yeah, which usually is active right up until release, 6 months head start has NEVER been a requirement.

“Requirement” wasn’t the question, of course you don’t need the in-game exclusive mount and whatever the pre-purchase contains, but you won’t get them any other way. So yes, you will miss something (including the beta access…)
Are you intentionally missing the friggin point? You are able to prepurchase up until the day before release, you don’t need to buy it 6 months in advance to get the goodies.

That is your best guess and you are probably right that things, other than early open beta access, can be “preordered” until game is released. But they did not give us end date for preorders.
Every Blizzard title I’ve bought so far have had preorders active until release day.

Are you? the guy is talking about preorder to get the open beta access which starts next month and somehow you think you are able to do the open beta access available from next month a day before release date and have all that beta time and then start the game

The guy I was replying to wasn’t, so that’s another issue altogether.
But you are claiming you won’t miss anything by waiting when you obviously miss out in all the open beta, just because YOU don’t care about open Beta doesn’t mean you aren’t missing out on the open beta if you buy the day before release

No, you miss the early access open beta.

That or some companies will take away preorder bonuses at a certain point. Some game companies will still give you plenty of extras when you buy their “above regular editions” at release but if you preorder to a certain point, you get even more extras.
