I do not think you will get PTR in January in Australia. It will be already February for you when it starts - unless it starts before 5am PST, which I doubt. :person_shrugging:

It depends on the calculation. If this is added directly to the weapon damage its something like 5-10% at endgame. I think that early thats okay.

We will see. I suspect that in this case boss only refers to the Act bosses, not RGs.
