Rabid strike should be the only weapon without a guaranteed damage range stat. For all other weapons, the damage range is stated as a guaranteed stat. You can check all other weapons in the game guide.
For example. https://us.diablo3.blizzard.com/en-us/item/kyoshiros-blade-P4_Unique_Fist_102
Some weapons roll only a specific damage range element.
Rabid strike could be bugged. If i remeber correctly there was a patch that added the damage range stat as a guaranteed stat. But the change got reverted with another patch.
I really hope they will use a similar system for Primal items on ward.
-As monster drop āPrimal matsā, and the player can choose the item to reforge into Primal with random rolls.
The current Primal has gotten so many complaints i know everyone hates the random drops.
They solved their problem! hopefully they will rework it.
Right now, I am interested in the season just for the 20 MM crucible.
That said, I really have this sinking sensation it will get nerfed. There is also the question on how it interacts with Mirrorball. Is a multiplier or does it act like splitter rune and adds on to it, making the rune ever more useless. Does it give the seeker rune or or does it just add the homing? If it gives the rune, it could increase the damage of things like the glacial run and could make that a room clearer.
I hope if it gets nerfed, I just get to try it out in its current form. It will either be hilarious or not much to talk about.
Yeah itās going to likely be weapon in most cases, you guys are forgetting it also rolls perfect legendary affix mod too unless your helm or bracer has a more important legendary mod then maybe sure, but the chance to get a desirable max affix on a weapon, then automatically have max damage ranges and max legendary affix is pretty good.
I have a gut feeling that it wonāt work with Mirrorball but we may never know. If it work with Mirrorball then each MM will create 40 projectile entities in a whim. Thatās a bit too much but weāre also talking about Necros having that constant AotD effect so I donno.
This is the way I interpreted it as well. The sanctified items modifies the MM skill to shoot 20 missiles and mirrorball adds two more to itā¦ Iād say itāll be barely worth using to gain 10% increased damage output unless it gains a multiplier before the patch is deployed.
After skipping Season 26 due to lack of interesting things, this time I like what i see!
However iām a little disappointed in the lack of changes for WD
Please consider giving us a little love, not so much in terms of our classes power, but thereās some serious QoL issues that need addressing, particularly with the new arachyr and shukraniās triumph
I actually just wiped two of my 3 HC WDs to free up character slots for SC play.
While I am not disappointed in the lack of WD love in the next patch (will be too busy playing Wiz), I do hope they get some attention in the following patch.
Well, the number of gr runs done in a season certainly and very easily allows for that.
I consider those gems a very small advantage.
The xp gain is a far greater advantage.
While I did skip season 26 because way to ruin a good run of seasons this doesnāt seem much better except maybe for a few classes and builds. Really looks like it just helps out some already crappy builds and make them less crappy other than monk. Disappointed what kind of big power is pulling enemies together? Just disappointing again. Nothing like being forced to play a certain way. These powers are very specific to a spec in a class and overall maybe 2-3 gr difference in most. Just my opinion though.
