You can hash this out amongst yourselves. I’m not familiar with the Witch Doctor, but this is what I see:

I believe there’s a difference between Skeletons taking Damage from enemies and sacrificing themselves to save your Life. (But, I’m just guessing here – If it’s part of the Season Theme, it could be a buff/bonus).

Oh…   good point. (I hadn’t thought of that).

Love the quality of life improvements. The follower stuff looks super. Imagine having so many powers at once! Also love the leaderboard filter and toggles. Please include paragon also if its not already there.

I hope old items like unity will work like before. otherwise builds like R6 are even squishier than now.

Just add all non-class-specific legendaries and craftable sets available for the follower and lets see what happens.

You can always disable broken ones later.

You missed the point of “Each active phantasm … increases the damage … by 120%”.

It still works …
The Point why everyone uses it, is coz the Follower cant take dmg due to his Relikt.
And thats unchanged.

Let’s say you have a damage of 1000.

With the old gazing demise and the 120% increase after one phantasm it’s 2200 dmg, after two 4840 dmg, and the third brings you to 10648 dmg.

With the new flat 150% increase you get 2500 dmg at the end.

EDIT: My current one is at 142% per phantasm … even worse. I’m instant dead.

Tie it too the new bone spirit item. When bone spirit is alive damag increases for BS by 300-400% a second and your minions by 3000-4000%

Even with them coming out every 30 seconds, if you fully gear each of them, the damage throughput could be insane assuming that their skills still interact the same way even if they are not the active follower.

Is there a player that you know that never plays solo? Pretty confident that every player pushes the solo leaderboard to some extent.

Thus this change impacts everyone, it just has no direct impact on the group play aspect of a season, but it still buffs group focused players interaction with solo play.

You might need to take a look at the blog’s How to Participate section with how the updated Battlenet client has altered the layout of the launcher. For example…

They removed the “minions” part of the damage bonus though, so it really does not matter if they stay alive after their explosion?

So just like every other season.

Can you develop ? What do you mean exactly ?

And reduce a lot the casting time.
Bone Spirit is so slow to cast, it takes eons.
The casting animation just breaks your run, your are forced to stand until animation ends. That’s boring.

Yeah I think we all agree here to say that “how long the spirit travels” is a clumsy mechanic.

It would solve the Thorns incompatibility, but directly increasing the minions damage might just compete with the LOD Mages.

Minions no longer get a damage bonus from the set. It just says bone spirit and army of the dead now.

Which is confusing to why they would even add revive then.

sure when brain damaged once you can do anything about it… while people waiting to rise wd again…devs nerfed again… they so clever or we so stup.d… sure “as intented”

Well, my overall thought:

Great to finally have some actual game-changing update. I was quite blown away by this. Too bad you guys didn’t give it a short panel at BlizzConline.

It’s good that you decided to nerf GOD build instead of, you know, trying to buff all others to its level. The game needs more nerf than buff now.

The Emanate system seems good overall. But please add more viable options to some of the armor pieces (only armors, I think rings and others are fine). I can’t see people equip their follower Goldskin or Gloves of Worship for any build. May each armor slot needs at least a viable options while doesn’t increase the power of the players too much. Some safe options that I can see: Ilusionary Boot, Stone Gauntlet, Cindercoat or Pride’s Fall. Please do not, not ever, put something like Convention of Element to it. And maybe add the Boon of the Hoarder gem to this system.

I cannot yet test the followers but from the skills remake clearly the Enchantress are now totally drwafted the other two, especially the Templar. Templar and Scoundrel need some changes to support the player more while the enchantress only need some tweaks, like:

  • Hysteria: increasing all damage done by 3% for 3 to 6 seconds increasing all critical hit damage by 3-6% for 3 seconds, max 3 stacks.
  • Vanish: Adding effect: And you can travel through objects.
  • Heal and Loyalty: Adding passive: Also increase your armor by 10-20% based on the Templar’s strength.
  • Onslaught: * * Delivers a massive blow to an enemy for 800% weapon damage and causes the target and nearby enemies to take 10% increased damage for 3 to 6 seconds 10 to 15 seconds based on the Templar’s Strength.
  • Guardian: healing you for 15% to 25% life 30% to 40% max life. Cooldown xx seconds.
  • Prophetic Harmony: Reduce your and the Enchantress’ Cooldowns by 5% to 10% 3% to 6% based on the Enchantress’s Intelligence.

Blackthorn’s Jousting Mail: I don’t think changing one property can bring a set to life. This set needs a total rework.

Also I have some questions:

  • What is the cooldown time of the cheat death skill from the follower as well as from the Firebird set? Or no cooldown at all? Are we gonna be immortal? /s
  • Will there be any change for the seasonal journey quest: “Fully equip one of your follower”?
  • Also, next time maybe you could use text format like I did above, as well as like Nev did before (ex: old value new value), it’s easier to read and provides more clarity.
