I am having a problem with Razer Chroma detecting Diablo 3 on my system. Software is working as it was able to detect other games like Overwatch2, The Sims 4 and Star Trek Online. Over the last 2 months I have been working with Razor support, re-installed OS from scratch multiple times along with Battle.net app, Diablo 3 and Razor synapse 3. Has anyone come across this and how did you fix it?
While this is not your issue, directly, the underlying cause may be the same or similar with the recommendation to contact Razer support as the game should be visible and configurable. You may need a firmware update, per the information provided there, but I am not an expert with this piece of what appears to be hardware so ignore if useless…
