I just have bought Diablo Prime Evil Collection from the PlayStation store. The description has written that all bundle games have Russian language support. Unfortunately, after download, I figure out that only Diablo II Resurrected has Russian, but not a Diablo III Eternal Collection. I bought this game to play with the person that has not the best level of English yet and now it is a bit upsetting and felt unfair.
I have asked both PlayStation and Blizzard supports for help, but they cannot help with the language change… I figured out that some languages (for unexplainable reasons) are exclusively regions depending on the PlayStation 4 console and as my psn account belongs to the UK region I have got only the English version of the game. PlayStation, again don’t know why, cannot operate between different regions inside their own system, so no way to do something from their side.
Blizzard support cannot help either. They directed me to a forum where I found that plenty of people facing this issue and there is no way to solve it. But there is, isn’t it?
CD Projekt company did a separately downloadable language pack for The Witcher 3 game (PS4).
Maybe Blizzard could do the same thing and make separately downloadable language packs (like Russian, English) for the console players?
