Yeah, I know it’s not Diablo 3. I know it’s not the D2R forum. I just thought this looked spectacular and had to share since the forums are a little stale atm.
I had no idea some of the monsters even looked like they do because, well, they were tiny sprites before. The team is doing an outstanding job! Duriel and the goatmen giving me the creeps.

They did in outstanding job with D2R. Many players will just blow past everything without even taking the time to check things out. It is all a speed race for them. I run solo so I will be looking at everything.

Right? I’m going to be zooming in on everything while clicking back and forth between the new and old version. I’m all about the little things. They really went above and beyond with Andariel as well lmao

I like how they even added poop water in the sewer in act 2, the attention to detail is amazing.
- V V knows what they are doing and they are doing it very well.

No poop water, no purchase. ![ ](https://d1hnj6esvk269c.cloudfront.net/en/d3/images/emoji/twitter/laughing.png?v=9)
Just think what the new cinematics will look like.

Sand Raider reminds me of a skinny Goro from Mortal Kombat.
And the fetis is like a pug😆
Too bad one won’t see all these details in the game.

Yes, sewers look proper now.
D2 cinematics are seriously better than most movies. The voice acting and writing of the dialogue is so great. Man I cannot wait to see those again remastered.
“It seems your terms are…not acceptable.”
I have not been watching too much of D2R gameplay since I want to experience it myself, but what I have seen looks amazing so far.
A lot of folks did not like the freeze / slow down color, it was teal kinda. They said they would fix that but…
If you have ever watched a massive glacier calving event you would see the oldest ice that is exposed is teal in color, very good match. So I think they nailed this too. If you don’t believe me go watch a YouTube on glacier calving.
