I bought the ultimate version of diablo 4 and I didn’t receive the inarus wings or the pet, it’s been a week and nothing.

Same issue, i’ve been given a run around from Blizzard support as well after opening a Ticket during the week. Total joke.

In the same boat - on console no access to the Diablo 3 store so unable to claim the rewards the way every website says you should be do so. I’ve been waiting since I pre-ordered in December for the rewards and still no sign of them. Being told it’s a bug and to post in here?!?
