Yeah, it’s picky but give us the iconic Diablo menu sounds back
That heavy iron sound when selecting an option foes right back to the first Diablo.
It’s the little things that make the franchise stand out from their other games. I noticed so many iconic things missing from D3 and I just don’t understand the reasoning. Diablo 1 and 2 just seemed to have a little bit of care around every little thing, right down to menu sound. Do it right

Let’s go! Give the menu sounds some heft, If we spend so much time in the menus that the sounds become annoying the menu system needs an overhaul anyway.

Not only menu sound.
Every different kind of Item placement in inventory/stash and dropped into the ground, detailed sound of any single items, sound of dropped gold, opening doors, opening stashes, destroying barrels, traps, classic arrow sound of diablo1/2, “holy” shrine buffs sound etc.
Basically every sound did not sound generic at least.

I dunno, I found most I’d the in game(not menu ,couldn’t care less about those sounds) sounds in D3 more realistic/representative that those in D1/2. I get the nostalgia aspects drives a lot of this because most of those sounds are muffled and primitive IMO.
The sounds should be primitive as we’re supposed to be in a medieval world. I don’t hear any muffle, but I’ll assume it’s there. Easy to clear it up and make it sound “new”. Just put a little mroe effort into the game as a whole, I guess. They don’t need to be exactly these sounds, but something that continually reminds us we’re playing Diablo whether you’re in a menu screen or a chat channel. I and many other care about the little details

I love D1 sounds, they are perfect.
D2/D3 are mediocre at best.
D4 demo sounds, I hope, are just placeholders.
