I was excited to hear the long awaited news about Diablo 4.
Now i guess it will be the first every Diablo i pass one.
What a major failure on their parts and a complete disappointment to start with three classes i could careless about.
A Mage, Barbarian and a Druid? Really, great diversty there guys? Where the arch, the rogue?
Demon Hunter was the best and most liked toon IMHO you ever did, and then with Diablo 4 you leave it out entirely?

Blizz also indicated that there will definitely be expansions for D4 further down the road, so those of us with a favorite class that isnât available at launch still have hope. D4 is still so far away from coming out that itâs not worth being upset over yet anyway. Blizz have said it will not be out anytime soon, not even âBlizzard Soonâ, so that means 2021 or 2022 at the earliest.
The only disappointment I feel at all towards it is the fact that it is not announced that it will be coming to switch, after my ps4 died I ended up using my backup console the switch. I have no plans to buy another ps4 so âŚâŚâŚ I can only hope it will eventually hit switch if not then I will not play.
And they said PS4 and Xbox 1, but if it comes out in 2021 or 2022, it would surely have to come out on next gens, you would think.
Actually the biggest disappointments are with those who rip, bash, complain about a very, very early in development gameplay trailer as if itâs the final version, ready for release comparing it to other games already out thereâŚ
I was reading some comments over at the General Discussion in the PC area and was simply shocked about all the whining & complaining how the game looked, played, âjust 3 charactersââŚdid some of these clowns just wake up from coma?
Frankly Iâm shocked we even got gameplay footage of any kind not to mention three charactersâŚas known D3 showcase presentation had two. Everyone was having doubts and/or hoping for something and we get D4 right out of the gate with Blizzcon with a great cinematic and then gameplay and guess what; the complainers & whinners are still hereâŚgood griefâŚ
All i want is split screen
Rhykker had an interview with a lead dev and couch co-op is coming to D4.
The big issue I have with that is offline saves, which is open to abuse in Seasons.
I hope they have offline saves for non-season and online only saves for Seasons.
That becuase Blizz caters the crybabies and whiners⌠Hopefully they take a cue from GGG and ignore them in D4.
I did find it odd they were specific about those 2 consoles if the game is years away.
During the interview that Rhykker did at Blizzcon with David Kim, one of the developers, Kim said that development of D4 has been happening for 4 years already, so the game was designed with current consoles in mind.
They said PS4 and XB1 because they know that system, they said they would announce other platforms in due course.
PS5 and XB Scarlett will come for sure.
I dont believe there will be offline saves, it sounds to me its only going to be completely online. This is really great news, cant wait to actually compete with normal players!
There are two other classes yet to be announced AND expansions will be coming like D2 adding more characters.
I am thinking 4th Quarter 2021.
Well i can now confirm a large group i know and have been playing Diablo since the very first one could now be done with Diablo and any Blizzard game going forward.
Our discussions on this upcoming game about all the information we have seen leaves MUCH to be desired.
Bad enough it starts with a wizard and two melee toons. Missing a Demon Hunter or Archer type. Basicically tell us who prefer that type of toon we have to wait till they decide to add it in a DLC. I wonât be waiting around for that and so that alone looses my business on release.
Now add to that the fact they are not letting us play offline, and i am now done. I buy a game, to play it. If my internet goes out which in Houston it tends to do often, i should be able to still play my game offline. I am so fed up with these companies trying to control us. If i do not wish to play online or cannot, i shouldnât be shackled to online play. I also do not like the fact that they are copying horrible games like Neverwinter and forcing us to play with other around us is stupid.
I do not want to go looking to kill a mob just to find out another player already took that from me which happens all the time in games like that Blizzard is heading in the wrong direction and looses my business and i guarantee you i wonât be the only one. If i wanted to play am MMO i would buy one. I never played WOW and refuse to play MMOâs especially the ones with micro transactions.
It is looking like that is exactly what they are trying to turn Diablo into.

Give Blizz time to develop D4, they even said today they have listened to feedback from BlizzCon and will react.
It is way too early to be disappointed in D4.
It was literally a demo. Thatâs all. They are hearing community feedback like Quin69, Rhyker, Llamasc to name a few. That tells me they are listening to the fans. Just wait and see what they come up with since everything we saw in the demo could change.

Neverwinter?..Iâve played that and the two are no-where near the same and especially with what we saw with the D4 demoâŚwhich again is in itâs infant stages no doubtâŚ
MicrotransactionsâŚa dirty word to some and to some like showing Dracula the Cross where they hit the Panic Button. If itâs for cosmetic stuff fine because almost all games are heading that way. If itâs for Stash Chests & Bars along with Organizers like PoE hasâŚso be it because that helps fund content and DLC that guess what, some donât charge for and keep pumping out. Would you rather Blizzard adopt what Bungie does with Destiny, keeping charging $10 to $60 for Expansions, DLC, add-ons for some old gameâŚ
Like EVERYONE has said the game is in early development so how do u know this the final version???
Everyone hyped themselves up for D4 last Blizzcon so Blizz needed something this Blizzcon⌠U dont think they just put somethi g together real quick just to shut everyone up???
Make an opinion after something is final.
I hope D4 doesnt come out for at least 3 or 4 years minimum. People complain about wanting quality games but dont want to wait. Personally id rather game developers would release less games at higher quality
