Diablo 3 ROS Ultimate Evil Edition Xbox360 cinematics not playing

Hi,

I have Diablo 3 and also Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls ultimate evil edition installed.

In Diablo 3, all cut scenes and new character creation cinematics play.

But in ROS NOTHING PLAYS. why? I updated the game also. Why no cinematics are playing in cutscenes, in new character creation ?

Maybe an issue with a corrupted game file. I would recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Shut down the console. Unplug it from the wall and wait about 1 minute. Plug it back in.

Retest! If the issue continues you may need to remove the game from the console and reinstall.
